The rooms were big size and fantastic with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent and great and there were lots of options. The staff was helpful and efficient, kept everything fairly clean and really good! The position of the hotel was peaceful and decent, to water park.

As a family, we had a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl, what we liked the most was the children's pool, food and staff. staff was great, they offered us refreshments constantly even though we were not all included. Above all I have to thank BELEN, pool bar worker who apart from her sympathy treated us very well. If you read me, super million thanks. animation was great, kids had a great time! I recommend you to try the cocktails, especially Blody Mery! Javier, you are an artist!

The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived the water park of the hotel was still closed, 2 days before the reservation they called us to tell us if we wanted to cancel the reservation, in two days I didn't have time to find another place so we went. Although we were very happy, I must say that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable!

The room was fantastic with climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV.

I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel. The use of vibrant colors and beautiful artwork throughout the general areas created a lively and cheerful atmosphere. It made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy to navigate around the property without any issues.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if the hotel had more assistance from the children working there.

The sympathy of the staff and how attentive they are. The food is fine. The cleanliness is excellent. The van that takes you to and from the beach and its super friendly driver. The facilities are very modern

Reserve a view of the most expensive pool and in front of it there was a roof full of Chinese people and since in the distance you could see a part of the slide the hotel considers it pool orientation when it is not. I also booked in December for July because it said that the slides would be open only for children on July 1st and we had to put up with it. Until June 30th it was a price without slides and from July 1st it has been another one and I changed it and I have paid for something that has been incomplete besides supporting the works to finish them. In short, the next opening on July 1st was a half-baked opening that my family and I could not enjoy but we paid too much. You ask them and they tell you that the 1st of July was an approximate date for them not to get their fingers caught

Variety in meals; breakfast with much more stuff than elsewhere. Coffee with Nespresso single-dose machines. The hygiene, the staff.. In general, everything is great, let's repeat!

She didn't even show up when she went out, one of the animators introduced her and she went out and didn't even say good night, directly to sing, well sing, read the lyrics and when she finished she didn't even say goodbye. She didn't speak to the audience. I didn't see her at all professional, neither the forms nor the voice. I think that to sing is not only to have a voice (her case is quite the opposite) but also to know how to treat the audience and more so in one of these places. You have to connect with the audience. Finally, people didn't even applaud when they finished the songs, talking to each other and playing cards as if there was no one there and radio.

Who needs local businesses or a completed water park when you have a quiet hotel? The surrounding area was almost too peaceful.

What we liked best: The great staff, from the first to the last. Especially the great Metre from the dining room Toni and his colleagues who are champions at work. Lué Jorge, the animator, besides his great elasticity, his great rhythm giving zumba classes, is unique . With regard to the gastronomy of the dining room: For your taste, colours! But in general, great. The best I have tried in hotels with Buffett until today. Especially the crepes with nutella, their butter croissants (Impressive), their ensaimadas and Neapolitan cream

Some minor bathroom malfunction, really. We had a small problem, but speaking politely and respectfully they solved it in minutes with great kindness and gentleness. . Two days they didn't do the bedroom, but you have to understand it too, it could have been an oversight. Adult entertainment at night is short!

The truth is that the services provided by the hotel are very normal, but sometimes this compensates with the good treatment that people gave us, very kind and very attentive. Lovely. It is not on the beachfront, but it is a 10 minute walk and if you do not feel like walking the hotel has a van that is at your disposal at any time, which is very appreciated if you go loaded with chairs, umbrellas and children ...!

buffet. They are always repetitive and of a very bad quality, meat and fish. Not that it was badly prepared, product... leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that you don't invest in better quality because it's certainly embarrassing to throw away food. Please, don't fill your plates as if they were going to forbid it..!! get up and fill them as many times as necessary.. DON'T THROW THE FOOD AWAY. Something I didn't like either is the noises, it's true that the hotel is not to blame, it's more a matter of education of those of us who are staying, slamming doors, shouting, people talking loudly without taking into account the hours and that there are probably people who are resting.

We had a great value for our money at the hotel. The room was fantastic with a lovely pool view. The location was incredibly peaceful and within walking distance of a beautiful beach. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with a better variety of options.

It was almost like home. Everything was like in the pictures. With 3 kids it was a pleasant and nice stay for us. Quite, peaceful, near to beach and an artificial lake etc. Also have a shopping center in the vicinity. But the best was the helpful and smiling staff (special thanks goes for carlos). He called me back only after I booked the apartment after 1 hour or so whether I needed something else. He kept on calling us almost daily during our stay for an assistance he could offer.

The water park, but undoubtedly the treatment of the staff towards us, from the animation guys, Manu, Jorge, Agar, Mar, etc..to all the staff of the Buffet, waiters in general of the Hotel and of the park, to Samuel with those smiles with which the command was catching you, maîtres, to Francis and Merchi in special that they did at all time to give us a few laughs, to the personnel of cleanliness, of reception and to all those who are behind and do not see themselves but that his work is spectacular, cooks and, finally, to Domingo, with that smile so characteristic with which always it was receiving you in the Buffet. Few things went into IT but obviously the quality of the products that came in was worth it. Not in every TI do you ask for a glass of water and get a bottle like in this one, the alcoholic drinks were quality, not private labels, quality food and great variety.

The rooms at ALEGRIA Costa Ballena were absolutely fantastic! They had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV. The terraces were also amazing – perfect for soaking up the sun. As a trekkers, I couldn't have asked for a better room!

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the hairdryer in the room. It just didn't work very well for me.
